Pay reporting
We are required by the Academy Trust Handbook to publish on our website the number of employees whose benefits exceeded £100k, in £10k bandings, for the previous year ended 31 August.
Please note that benefits for this purpose include salary, employers’ pension contributions, other taxable benefits and termination payments
2023/2024 financial year
In the financial year 2023/2024 the number of employees whose benefits, including total employer pension contributions, exceeded £100,000 were six, broken down into £10k bandings as follows:-
£100,000 to £110,000 (including employer pension contributions) - four employees
£110,000 to £120,000 (including employer pension contributions)- zero employees
£120,000 to £130,000 (including employer pension contributions)- one employee
£130,000 to £140,000 (including employer pension contributions)- one employee
Previous pay reports
In the financial year 2022/23 only one employee received benefits of over £100,000:-
1 employee (Head Teacher)-£110,000-£120,000 (figure includes total employer pension contributions)
For the year ending 31 August 2023 no members of the Central Team received over £100,000 and there were no off-payroll arrangements where benefits exceed £100,000.
